Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse and administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Ensure compliance with EOBI regulations, labor laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage legal documentation and coordinate with authorities for FIRs or other legal matters as needed.
- Implement and monitor company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, ensuring performance and accountability.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams in administrative and statutory matters.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient administrative systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, office management, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance, labor law, and statutory obligations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
