Job Title: CRM & Admission Assistant Manager

Location: S-Vyasa University, Sattva Global Techpark, Bengaluru
Experience: 4–5 Years
Department: Admissions / CRM Operations / Student Services

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM & Admission Manager to lead the end-to-end CRM operations, admission process management, and student lifecycle communication.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience working in a college/university admissions office or an edtech company, managing CRM workflows, data accuracy, enquiry pipelines, and team coordination for S-Vyasa University.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Data Management

  • Oversee and manage the complete CRM system (Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot or similar).
  • Ensure all student inquiry, application, and admission data is accurate and updated.
  • Create, manage, and optimize CRM dashboards, workflows, and automation rules.
  • Monitor lead stages, follow-ups, application progress, and conversion funnels.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene and audit CRM entries regularly.

Admissions Management

  • Lead the entire inquiry-to-admission process smoothly.
  • Coordinate with counsellors, academic departments, and marketing teams.
  • Improve admission process efficiency through CRM insights.
  • Handle escalations, student queries, and admission-related issues.
  • Track admission targets and ensure timely closure.

Reporting & MIS

  • Generate weekly/monthly CRM and admission performance reports.
  • Present insights on lead sources, conversion rates, counsellor productivity, and trends.
  • Recommend improvements based on CRM analytics.

Team Coordination

  • Manage and guide CRM executives and admission coordinators.
  • Train team members on CRM tools and best practices.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and high-quality student communication.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Leadsquared, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities (Excel / Sheets / CRM Dashboards)
  • Good understanding of admissions/education sales processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience in improving CRM workflows & admission systems

Eligibility

  • Graduate/PG with 4–5 years of experience in:

✔ College/University Admissions
✔ Edtech CRM or Student Enrollment Operations
✔ Counselling / Sales Operations in Education Sector

  • Experience leading a small team preferred
  • Strong understanding of student lifecycle management
