Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Assistant Manager to balance the liquidity of our Retail Media Network. You will own the operational roadmap to acquire advertisers (Demand) and expand ad inventory (Supply). This is a hands-on role requiring you to query your own data, model scenarios in Excel, and drive cross-functional projects with Sales, Product, and Tech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Creation: execution of projects to activate non-spending sellers and drive adoption of new ad products.
  • Demand Optimization: Monitor advertiser churn and ROAS; implement programmatic initiatives to increase wallet share and campaign density.
  • Supply Creation: Collaborate with Product teams to scope, test, and launch new ad slots (inventory) across the app and website without compromising UX.
  • Supply Optimization: Manage yield and fill rates. Analyze traffic patterns to optimize ad logic for maximum revenue efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
  • 3+ years in AdTech, Marketplace Strategy, or Commercial Operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing dual-sided (Demand/Supply) dynamics.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage cross-functional timelines
  • Bias for Action: You don't wait for perfect data; you build workarounds and execute at speed.

Data Proficiency (Non-Negotiable):

  • SQL: Ability to write complex queries (Joins, Aggregations) to extract raw data from big data environments (BigQuery).
  • Excel: Advanced modeling capabilities (Pivot tables, complex formulas) for forecasting and scenario planning.
