We are seeking passionate, driven Assistant Managers – Aquarists to help lead our pioneering animal care programs. This is more than a career move — it is a chance to be part of history, to help reveal the mysteries of the Red Sea to the world, and to safeguard its treasures for generations to come.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire aquarist teams, ensuring the daily care of corals and fishes in world-first exhibits .
  • Play a key role in shaping habitats that transport guests beneath the waves of the Red Sea.
  • Mentor and develop the next generation of aquarists, raising the standard of care worldwide.
  • Contribute to groundbreaking conservation and research that directly impacts reef futures.
  • Share your passion with millions of visitors, transforming their connection to the ocean.


What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Marine Biology, Zoology, Fisheries, or related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of aquarium or marine research experience, with proven leadership.
  • Expertise in coral reef husbandry or fish care.
  • A leader who thrives on challenge and can balance science, operations, and storytelling.
  • Above all: an unstoppable passion for the ocean and its protection.
