Assistant Manager Assets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; a master’s degree or professional certification will be preferred.
• 6–7 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or related functions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of asset management processes, accounting standards, and SAP/ERP systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and perform audits.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management, tracking, and governance of organizational assets across all zones.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and SAP/ERP systems, while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and integrity of asset records.
• Supervise asset movements, physical verification, inspections, and disposal processes, providing consolidated compliance reports to the Head of Department (HOD) and management.
• Maintain close coordination with procurement, ERP teams, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
