Qualification & Experience:
- MBA with Specialization / Experience in digital & SEO
- For Assistant Manager (3-4 Years) & Assistant Director (More than 5 years, Ideally 8 Years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all clients for digital media-related support.
- Create monthly digital dashboards and supplementary reports for NUST’s brand performance to track campaign performance.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for their marketing specifications.
- Conduct training sessions on NUST Digital Communications and Branding Guidelines for stakeholders to ensure cohesive tone & messaging across all external and internal communication channels.
- Oversee the creation of impactful storytelling initiatives by leveraging digital media and AI tools, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
- Ensure content is SEO optimized, inclusive, and consistent in collaboration with ICT and other major initiatives.
- Sharing periodically digital intelligence report with leadership.
- Devising digital strategies (target audience, posting date & times, behaviors, money spent) for paid promotions.
- Oversee content and scheduling for all institutional marketing displays, including LCDs, SMDs, and standees across campus
- Coordinate and manage bulk SMS communication for critical university-wide announcements, including admissions updates, merit lists, and urgent notifications.
- Create original content for digital and multimedia formats, delivering consistent messaging across campaigns, platforms and audiences.
- Identifying new avenues for social media marketing and continuously improving the existing ones.
- Developing strategy for timely management of negative publicity on digital media.
- Continuously monitor the digital spaces and newspapers for NUST-specific news, and provide regular updates while taking measures for digital marketing & social media reporting, as well as carrying out competitive analysis.
- Performing miscellaneous tasks related to the functions of MARCOMS Dte.
- Any other tasks given by Director MARCOMS.

- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply after seeking NOC from their respective parent department / organizations.
- Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
