Job Description:
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Media/ Film Making/Videography
- For Assistnat Manager (3-4 Years) & Assistant Director (More than 5 years, Ideally 8 Years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire video production process, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring adherence to professional creative standards.
- Produce visually engaging, high-resolution video and photo content that meets industry standards.
- Work closely with M&C Creative Head, Digital Communication Managers, and Graphic Designers to develop engaging digital video content for social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with NUST constituent institutions and directorates to understand their content needs and create tailored video solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to efficiently shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos within tight deadlines.
- Manage and oversee photographers to ensure high-quality visual content aligns with NUST’s brand and communication strategy.
- Ensure all videography and photography align with NUST’s brand guidelines, creative direction, and internal production standards.
- Maintain creativity and technical excellence in framing, composition, editing, and storytelling.
- Optimize and deliver final creative assets in the required formats and specifications for various digital platforms.
- Manage and create visual and video archives.
- Responsibly handle and maintain a record of all photography and videography-related equipment.
- Remain up to date with the trends in the field and train the resources to ensure that all developed content remains at par with international standards.
- Performing miscellaneous tasks pertaining to functions of MARCOMS Dte.
- Any other tasks given by Director MARCOMS.

Terms and Conditions:
- Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics /Professional).
- Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply after seeking NOC from their respective parent department / organizations.
- Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
- Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
