Assistant Manager – Authority Approvals (Infrastructure Projects)

A well-established infrastructure contractor in Dubai is seeking an experienced professional to manage statutory approvals and authority coordination for large-scale utility projects.

This role is critical to ensuring timely permits, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all permits and NOCs for infrastructure works
  • Liaise with major Dubai authorities including Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Dubai Municipality, Roads and Transport Authority, telecom authorities and master developers
  • Coordinate approvals for utility diversions, road crossings, and underground services
  • Submit applications through relevant authority portals
  • Track approval status, renewals, deposits, and closures
  • Support project teams to align permits with execution schedules

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8–12 years UAE infrastructure experience
  • Minimum 5 years handling authority approvals/NOCs in Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of excavation regulations and utility coordination
  • Experience using DEWA/DM/RTA portals
  • UAE Driving License preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
