A well-established infrastructure contractor in Dubai is seeking an experienced professional to manage statutory approvals and authority coordination for large-scale utility projects.
This role is critical to ensuring timely permits, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all permits and NOCs for infrastructure works
- Liaise with major Dubai authorities including Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Dubai Municipality, Roads and Transport Authority, telecom authorities and master developers
- Coordinate approvals for utility diversions, road crossings, and underground services
- Submit applications through relevant authority portals
- Track approval status, renewals, deposits, and closures
- Support project teams to align permits with execution schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8–12 years UAE infrastructure experience
- Minimum 5 years handling authority approvals/NOCs in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of excavation regulations and utility coordination
- Experience using DEWA/DM/RTA portals
- UAE Driving License preferred

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
