Assistant Manager BPO F&A Shared Services

We are looking for a qualified finance professional (CA Finalist, ACCA, MBA, or M.Com) with 4+ years of experience in revenue accounting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IFRS 15, ERP systems, and financial analysis to support accurate and timely revenue recognition.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review revenue calculations in accordance with IFRS 15.
• Communication with project manager for accurate and timely revenue calculation.
• Perform detailed cost/ GP analysis against.
• Ensure accurate cost mapping across projects and departments.
• Ensure timely booking of expenses, accruals, and adjustments in ERP.
• Support and execute month-end closing.
• Identify gaps, and recommend improvements in the revenue calculations.

Requirements:

• CA Finalist, ACCA, MBA, or M.Com qualified.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
