Job Title: Assistant Manager Brand
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Brand Manager / Senior Manager Marketing
Job Purpose
To support brand strategy execution, marketing campaigns, and product initiatives to strengthen brand equity, drive growth, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing annual brand plans in line with business objectives.
- Coordinate with agencies (creative, digital, media) for campaign execution and timely deliverables.
- Support product launches, promotions, and brand activation activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support decision-making.
- Track brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and prepare marketing reports.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communication and packaging.
- Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for smooth execution of brand activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and track expenses against approved plans.
- Support digital and social media initiatives in coordination with digital teams/agencies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing (FMCG / Pharma experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities.
