Job role:
You will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, managing local and international sales operations, identifying new market opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve organizational objectives. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, market analysis, and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets. Pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
Manage and lead the sales team (local and international) to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members. Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance improvement plans.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports to management.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross functional departments to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
Requirements:
MBA (Marketing/Sales) and relevant certifications will be plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a sales/business development team.
Experience in local and international business development.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
