Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation, experienced in executing email marketing campaigns, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and contributing to the company’s growth through strategic outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
Email Outreach: Design and execute personalized cold email marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
Client Communication: Initiate and maintain strong, professional communication with leads and clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
Market Research: Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and decision-makers in target industries.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to deliver a seamless client experience.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report key business development metrics (e.g., outreach success, conversion rates).
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 4 years in business development, sales, or lead generation, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and email marketing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
