Key Responsibilities:

  • Support digital transformation projects across departments.
  • Implement and manage Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) for workflow automation.
  • Assist in identifying and deploying Fixed Asset Management software and integration with ERP systems.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven business solutions for improved productivity and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand digitalization needs and propose effective IT-based solutions.
  • Provide user training and ensure adoption of new systems and tools.
