Partnering with marketing and growth teams to analyze revenue trends across geographies, cohorts, and acquisition channels

Owning ROI assessment of loyalty programs and discounting strategies, ensuring alignment with financial guardrails

Delivering granular P&L insights at app business and channel partner levels, identifying opportunities to expand margins.

Leading deep dives into AOV, retention, and conversion metrics to influence product and growth strategy

Build and maintain robust LTV vs CAC models to steer efficient customer acquisition and retention investments

Track marketing budgets, highlight variances, and proactively recommend reallocation based on performance

Champion automation and scalability in reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving turnaround

CA with 1 - 3 years of experience in Business finance

Have business acumen: Ability to understand problem statements and structure solutions

Have analytical skills: Proficiency Excel for data analysis and reporting. (Tableau & SQL added advantage)

Take Initiative: Proactively take initiatives to improve campaign performance and drive results

Ability to manage cross functional stakeholders (including functional leaders), ability to put up their point of view and lead discussions

Content and creative feedback: Ability to brief, debrief, and provide constructive feedback on content and creative output
