Job Purpose:

Support the development and implementation of CMPak’s corporate strategy and annual business planning process to ensure alignment across all business units and functions

Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to generate insights that inform strategic priorities and business plans

Identify and evaluate emerging business opportunities by assessing internal capabilities and external factors, including economic, political, technological, and regulatory environments

Coordinate the formulation, monitoring, and reporting of business plans, ensuring that targets, KPIs, and initiatives are effectively tracked and aligned with corporate objectives

Develop customized business and technical performance reports to support management reviews, strategic decision-making, and continuous performance improvement
Job Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the formulation and execution of the company’s short- and long-term strategic goals and annual business plans

Support the development, coordination, and monitoring of business planning cycles to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and performance targets

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market conditions (international & local), industry trends, and customer needs to identify new strategic and business opportunities

Analyze internal data and market trends to assess company and business unit performance, providing actionable recommendations to enhance both strategic and operational outcomes

Prepare business cases, financial models, and planning scenarios to support strategic and business planning decisions

Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate strategic insights, business plan progress, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders

Provide regular updates to leadership on strategic and business planning initiatives, including progress, challenges, and results

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure effective integration and execution of strategic and business plans across the organization

Foster an innovative mindset within the team and organization by identifying opportunities for improvement and introducing new approaches to planning and problem-solving

Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing strategic execution, business planning effectiveness, and overall organizational performance
