Assistant Manager Business Process Management & Internal Control

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven professional with strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will lead the evaluation, redesign, and optimization of business processes to enhance operational efficiency, standardization, and overall organizational performance. This role is critical in strengthening internal control frameworks, improving governance structures, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business process reviews, including mapping, analysis, redesign, and implementation of optimized workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps, and recommend scalable solutions for continuous improvement.
• Strengthen internal control frameworks by identifying control gaps, mitigating risks, and enhancing governance practices.
• Conduct control assessments and ensure alignment with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and risk management standards.
• Utilize Data Analytics, AI, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Support initiatives related to governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field from HEC recognized University.
• Proven experience in Business Process Management (BPM), process optimization, or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Data Analytics, AI, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex data and processes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
