About the Company

A leading catering and food service company specializing in large-scale catering operations, event catering, and food logistics across multiple locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily catering operations and site execution.
  • Supervise service teams and ensure smooth event setups.
  • Manage food dispatch, deliveries, and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and service standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with kitchen teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.
  • Resolve operational issues and support multiple sites/events.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Experience in catering operations.
  • Candidates from restaurant, café, or hotel F&B backgrounds will not be considered.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple catering sites and events.
  • Flexible to work shifts and event-based schedules.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
