A leading catering and food service company specializing in large-scale catering operations, event catering, and food logistics across multiple locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily catering operations and site execution.
- Supervise service teams and ensure smooth event setups.
- Manage food dispatch, deliveries, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and service standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with kitchen teams, vendors, and clients.
- Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.
- Resolve operational issues and support multiple sites/events.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience in catering operations.
- Candidates from restaurant, café, or hotel F&B backgrounds will not be considered.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple catering sites and events.
- Flexible to work shifts and event-based schedules.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
