Assistant Manager – Central Kitchen / Bakery Operations

We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Central Kitchen / Bakery operations team in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, managing suppliers and vendors, supporting operational planning, and ensuring smooth coordination across all kitchen activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the central kitchen and bakery.
  • Supervise kitchen workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for purchasing and supply management.
  • Support sales analysis, reporting, and operational performance tracking.
  • Assist in coaching, guiding, and supervising kitchen staff.
  • Prepare employee shift schedules and manpower planning.
  • Ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operation.
  • business development and concept creation.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a central kitchen, bakery, or food production operation.
  • Strong operational and team management skills.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers and vendors.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen operations, staffing, and workflow management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Must currently be based in Qatar.
  • Transferable visa with immediate transfer availability is required.

Salary:

QAR 7000 – 10,000 Full Package
(Depending on qualifications and experience)
