Job Responsibilities

To assist Manager Channel Planning in making channel strategy and business plans at the regional level, building a strong sales plan, analyzing data.

Assist Manager Channel planning for channel need identification, capability development, and channel planning and strategy in accordance with company objectives.

Assist Manager in devising, proposing and setting KPI's for sales teams, Target setting of ZONG Products for Channel Partners aligned with company targets & objectives.

Provide assistance in managing monthly commission including calculation, analysis, optimization and disbursement for the Channel Reviewing of Franchise commission policies in consideration of industry standards and company objectives.

Monitoring Channel Partner activities in relation to company SOP's while ensuring compliance.

Ensuring Need Analysis and establishing alternate channels to increase sales in the region.

Assist in designing and executing Channel Promotions and managing end to end channel operations Responsible for system automation and development.

Independent Market Intelligence of all the sales channels to monitor sales performance
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Administration/Management
