Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet project milestones and budgets.

Construction Management: Oversee civil construction activities including foundations, structural works, earthworks, concrete works, and finishing, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Technical Supervision: Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve design and construction challenges efficiently.

Quality Assurance and Control: Implement and monitor rigorous quality control procedures and inspections to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and materials.

Safety Management: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, fostering a zero-accident culture on site.

Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures and work closely with the finance team to control costs and optimize resource utilization.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all civil works comply with statutory regulations, environmental guidelines, and Adani’s internal policies; maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and project reviews.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise effectively with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution and resolution of any issues.

Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety standards within civil engineering operations.

Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment consistent with Adani’s culture.

Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks related to civil works and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university; Master’s degree or equivalent is an added advantage.
