Assistant Manager -Client Relations

Islamabad, Pakistan

Atlantis Tech is looking for a motivated and client-focused professional to join our onsite outreach team as an Assistant Manager – Client Relations. If you’re confident on calls, organized, and have a knack for building strong relationships. This is your opportunity to grow with a thriving team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Conduct follow-ups, schedule meetings, and manage client communications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track updates, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Support client onboarding and assist in resolving issues proactively.

✅ Requirements:

  • Fresh candidates with good spoken English are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
  • Experience in RCM, healthcare, or US-based calling is a plus.
  • Proactive approach toward problem-solving and client support.
