Job Purpose:
-
The primary objective is to lead the development and launch cloud platforms & innovative cloud-based products, establish strategic partnerships, conduct market research, support/track presale activities, and support interdepartmental coordination to launch new products, drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Oversee the successful launch of public cloud facilities with innovative products and services in the cloud space for the corporate customers/B2B market.

Work with Technology teams and different service providers to implement & launch innovative services related to IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services.

Define and finalize cloud platform branding, product positioning, marketing strategies, and related services, ensuring a strong market presence by defining capabilities and strengths of the platform & services.

Establish pricing mechanisms and strategies for cloud services, incorporating thorough market research, competitor analysis along with detailed ROIs.

Implementation of pricing automation/calculator for customers/visitors over the cloud platform

Oversee and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the cloud platform & its services to ensure its reliability and functionality.

Develop comprehensive documentation of the cloud platform and services for customers and regional sales & support teams, ensuring clarity and ease of use

Implement billing automation for the cloud platform with integration of telco billing modules for efficient and accurate billing processes.

Foster partnerships with local and international partners, particularly for cloud products, including operating systems, databases, security services, and other PaaS & SaaS-based solutions.

Provide detailed insights into emerging opportunities and conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and evaluate the viability of new products.

Demonstrate expertise in cloud computing concepts, such as hypervisor, computing, storage, networking, security, containers, Kubernetes, managed databases, disaster recovery services, and other related cloud services.

Conduct training to ensure that Sales and business support functions are adequately trained to effectively promote and support new cloud-based products.

Manage interdepartmental coordination and meetings pertaining to cross-functional teams. This includes preparation of business process, product papers, contract management, RFI, RFP to launch new products & overseeing the entire product development life cycle

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.

Strong techno-commercial acumen with a deep understanding of latest Cloud technologies, Example: AWS/Azure, Huawei, SAP, SAAS, PAAS, Google Cloud, Salesforce etc.

Understanding and experience related to Cloud Services Product Planning & Implementation.

Extensive experience in implementing and managing IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services, particularly major CRM & ERP Solutions over the cloud platform.

Experience in defining cloud platform branding, marketing strategies, and other related services
-
Knowledge of pricing mechanisms & strategy for cloud platform & services, incorporating market research & competitor analysis, and defining pricing calculator at cloud platform.

Experience in performing the UAT of the solutions/platform, cloud platform UAT is plus.

Ability to define comprehensive documentation of cloud platform & services for customers

Proficiency in enabling billing automation of the cloud platform with telco billing modules

Expertise in defining partnerships with local & international partners, especially for cloud products including operating systems, databases, security services, and other SaaS-based solutions

Excellent knowledge of industry developments related to innovative and emerging technologies, particularly in the cloud computing space including computing, storage, networking, security, containers services, managed databases, and disaster recovery services.
