Key Responsibilities
Field Team Management

  • Manage, monitor, and guide a team of field collection agents.
  • Allocate daily cases/visits and ensure agents follow the planned routes and priorities.
  • Track daily performance, visit productivity, and field effectiveness.
  • Provide real-time support to resolve complex customer cases and disputes.

Target Achievement

  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets for the assigned portfolios.
  • Take corrective actions for underperformance and escalate major issues.
  • Ensure all agents follow strategy and hit KPI benchmarks.

Coordination & Communication

  • Maintain continuous communication with field agents via calls, and WhatsApp groups,
  • Ensure timely reporting of field updates, settlements, and customer commitments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry experience acceptable.
  • 2–5 years of collections experience, with minimum 1 year managing field agents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Good command over Excel and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of field collections, settlements, and recovery rules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
