Key Responsibilities
Field Team Management
- Manage, monitor, and guide a team of field collection agents.
- Allocate daily cases/visits and ensure agents follow the planned routes and priorities.
- Track daily performance, visit productivity, and field effectiveness.
- Provide real-time support to resolve complex customer cases and disputes.
Target Achievement
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets for the assigned portfolios.
- Take corrective actions for underperformance and escalate major issues.
- Ensure all agents follow strategy and hit KPI benchmarks.
Coordination & Communication
- Maintain continuous communication with field agents via calls, and WhatsApp groups,
- Ensure timely reporting of field updates, settlements, and customer commitments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry experience acceptable.
- 2–5 years of collections experience, with minimum 1 year managing field agents.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good command over Excel and reporting tools.
- Understanding of field collections, settlements, and recovery rules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
