Assistant Manager (Commercial)

Job Title: Assistant Commercial Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Commercial Manager supports the commercial department in managing tenders, contracts, budgeting, billing, and cost control activities. The role ensures financial accuracy, compliance with contractual terms, and effective coordination with project, procurement, and finance teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation and submission of tenders, quotations, and pre-qualification documents (PQC).
  • Review contracts, identify commercial risks, and support contract administration.
  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and budget tracking.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and invoicing processes.
  • Coordinate with project managers for cost control and progress billing.
  • Maintain records of contracts, payments, and commercial documentation.
  • Support vendor evaluation and price negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience in commercial, tendering, or contract management roles.
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, MEP, or industrial projects preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
