Job Summary:
Zonergy is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager Commercial & Procurement to drive supply chain efficiency and solar project costing. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—from vendor qualification and data-driven forecasting to ERP-based invoice processing. This role is pivotal in maintaining rigorous commercial tracking, optimizing departmental KPIs, and ensuring seamless cross-functional communication to support the company’s strategic growth in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Solar commercial projects costing.
- Create new reporting and tracking processes to ensure leadership has accurate and useful information.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Maintain and process interdepartmental/Intra departmental communications.
- Maintaining and updating supplier/Vendor information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports.
- Responsible to routinely report on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.
- Forecasting and analyzing the data.
- Manage and process the vendor/supplier invoices for payments.
- Supports proper utilization of ERP system.
- Collaborate with other peers to create coordinated plans for supply chain growth.
Key Requirements:
- Aptitude for self-management, taking initiative, and problem solving.
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills required.
- Ability to communicate effective with colleagues at all levels and cross-functionally, including written and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in using company-specific software, e.g., Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (knowledge of pivot tables, v-lookup, auto filers, etc.) with strong analytical skills required.
- Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) for all duties and tasks.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Graduate.
- 2-3 Years’ experience in Supply Chain Management (Electrical/Solar environment preferred).
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
