Role - Assistant Manager CS

Department / Area: SECRETARIAL

Location: BKC, MUMBAI

(B) Particulars of the Vacancy

I. Number of people required: 1

II. Reporting to : Company Secretary & Compliance Head

III. Job Purpose: To manage the secretarial functions of group companies in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and ensure timely filing and maintenance of company records and registers as per applicable laws.

IV. Job Description:

1. Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other applicable corporate laws.

2. Handle secretarial matters such as board meetings, AGM/EGM, drafting minutes, and annual reports.

3. Assist in corporate governance and regulatory disclosures.

(C) Particulars of the Candidate required

I. Academic / Professional Qualifications

Associate Member of ICSI (ACS) - Mandate

A degree in law may be preferred but not essential

II. Experience:

Minimum 3–5 yrs of PQE in secretarial function

III. Skills

Self motivated for compliance with good drafting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
