Compliance Tracking & Monitoring
: Track all applicable regulatory, and statutory compliances for hospital units and offices through the compliance management portal.

Coordination with Units:
Ensure timely updates from units, follow up with respective SPOCs for closure of compliance tasks, and escalate non-compliances where necessary through compliance monitoring system.

Licenses & Renewals
– Monitor validity of all statutory registrations, approvals, and licenses; Coordinate timely renewals and maintain proper documentation and highlight gaps.

Documentation & Record-Keeping
– Maintain updated records of compliance filings, licenses, returns, and related correspondence in a centralized repository.

MIS & Reporting
– Prepare compliance dashboards/MIS on status, gaps, and risk areas.

Coordination with Software vendor
: - To coordinate with the software vendor for implementation of updates, gap assessments, undertaking checks for uniformity, compliance updation activities from time to time.

Audit & Process Support
– Assist in internal/external audits, identify recurring non-compliances, and support process improvements for stronger compliance culture.
Requirement:
Graduate
Technical Skills:
Ms-Office (working knowledge).
Prior experience in working with an organised compliance management framework will be an added advantage.
Interpersonal skill:

The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate and follow up with multiple stakeholders.

They must demonstrate attention to detail, discipline, and a structured approach to ensure accuracy in compliance tracking.
