Deputy Manager Quality

We are hiring for a Deputy Manager Quality role for Chennai location.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Role- Deputy Manager Quality

Quality Assurance & Control Oversight

• Supervise QA/QC teams(Fincrime) and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and implement quality checks at various stages and implement relevant sampling methodology

Product knowledge

• Candidate should have core experience in Fincrime ODD/CDD/EDD
• Should have experience in Anti Money Laundering, escalate and report activity reports (SARs) to relevant authorities.
• CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) preferred

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and control plans.
• Conduct internal and external audits; ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
• Conducting Ideation drive for process improvement

Customer & Vendor Management

• Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
• RCA- Finding the actual Root cause analysis for the errors and escalations

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain QMS documentation and prepare MIS reports for management review meetings.
• Identify and track KPIs and quality objectives across departments.

Team Leadership & Training

• Train and mentor QA/QC staff on quality standards, tools, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of quality and accountability within the team.
