About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Writer to create high-quality long-form content across formats. The role involves crafting reports, blogs, SEO-led branding pieces, video scripts, leadership communications (speeches, presentations), and more. You’ll be responsible for translating ideas into clear, engaging narratives that align with our brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-form content including reports, blogs, articles, and leadership pieces.
• Write video scripts, speeches, and presentation content.
• Create SEO-driven content to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs and craft accurate, compelling stories.
• Edit and proofread to maintain quality and brand tone.
• Track content performance and adapt strategies as needed.

Expectations from You

• Proven copywriting or content writing experience of 4+ years.
• Strong command over language with the ability to adapt tone and style.
• Experience with SEO principles and keyword integration.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, and Google Sheets for reporting.
• Awareness of latest trends in content creation and distribution.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of legal issues involved in publishing, such as libel, plagiarism and fair use

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years in a copywriting, content writing, or similar role.
• Demonstrated portfolio of long-form and varied content formats.
