We’re hiring an Assistant Manager – Solar to lead cutting-edge solar, wind & BESS projects. If you have 6–8 years’ experience and a passion for renewables, this is your chance to power the future.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage solar, wind & BESS projects end-to-end
• Lead design reviews & feasibility studies
• Conduct Energy Yield Assessments & prepare DPRs
• Ensure compliance with key industry standards
• Perform BESS sizing for diverse applications

What You Bring:

• B.E./B.Tech (M.E./M.Tech a plus)
• Deep knowledge of solar design (DC/AC), EYA & BESS
• Proficiency in Excel (macros), MS Office, data analysis
• Strong leadership & communication skills
