Assistant Manager - Corporate Affairs

A well-reputed organization based in Lahore is seeking a competent and motivated Assistant Manager – Corporate Affairs to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate regulatory matters and experience dealing with SECP-related compliance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle corporate compliance matters with regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare and file statutory documents and returns with SECP.
  • Maintain corporate records, statutory registers, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist management in corporate governance and regulatory reporting matters.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: CA Inter / CMA (Managerial Level) / ICSP / BBA
  • Experience: Articles from a Chartered Accountant firm and/or practical experience in SECP-related matters.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
