A well-reputed organization based in Lahore is seeking a competent and motivated Assistant Manager – Corporate Affairs to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate regulatory matters and experience dealing with SECP-related compliance and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle corporate compliance matters with regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and file statutory documents and returns with SECP.
- Maintain corporate records, statutory registers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist management in corporate governance and regulatory reporting matters.
Requirements:
- Qualification: CA Inter / CMA (Managerial Level) / ICSP / BBA
- Experience: Articles from a Chartered Accountant firm and/or practical experience in SECP-related matters.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory compliance.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
