• Contract Management - Drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiation of commercial contracts, including service agreements, procurement contracts, partnership agreements, RFPs and other legal documents.
• Communicate legal concepts in simple ways to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and clients to ensure legal alignment with business goals
• Legal Technology: Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and other legal technology platforms
