We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing B2B corporate accounts, particularly in
large-scale residential projects
, and will be responsible for achieving revenue targets through strategic client engagement, effective sales coordination, and efficient project execution.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned revenue targets by maximizing sales from both existing and new clients.

Develop, build, and maintain a strong client base by delivering presentations and introducing the company's products and services.

Manage front-end sales efforts with support from the back-end design and R&D teams.

Collaborate with the costing department to provide accurate quotations, ensuring stable gross margins and timely deal closures.

Coordinate with Supply Chain Management and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Partner with the Business Development team to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Understand client needs, resolve service issues, and coordinate with the Complaints Department for timely issue resolution.

Identify and onboard at least one new key account per month to expand the organization's client portfolio and drive growth.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the interior design, construction materials, or allied industries.

Demonstrated experience in handling large-scale residential or housing projects is a must.

Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
