Job Summary:
We serve high quality content to millions of customers across millions of devices, all of which are constantly evolving and changing. This role will lead the Graphics team.

About the team :
The Creative Communications team is responsible for making and executing the channel’s overall communication strategy for the Channels. The team collaborates closely with the marketing, fiction, and programming teams to create engaging content promos, show trailers, and brand campaigns for the channel. With a deep understanding of the regional audience, the team creates impactful narratives that vibrate with viewers while supporting the channel’s growth and visibility. The team comprises promo producers, writers, graphic designers, and promo editors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Logo designing and promotional packaging for non-fiction shows, fiction shows and events, program titles and title animation for upcoming launches and events.
  • Ideate and create movie and special programming packages for promos and teasers.
  • Create unique festival special programming and packaging that enhances the channel look and feel.
  • Provide design support to all business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.
  • Create and adapt designs for marketing and digital media formats, including motion posters, GIFs, print files, and creatives for multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Programming, Marketing, On-Air, and Digital teams.

Skills & Attributes for success:

  • Strong expertise in graphic design, promotional packaging, and motion graphics within a broadcast/GEC environment.
  • Excellent creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Cinema 4D, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in visual communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Broadcast / GEC / Media / OTT / leading creative agencies.
  • Proven experience handling show launches, and festival packaging.
