Organization Unit Purpose:

Wealth Management department services the segments across the bank with primary focus on Priority and Private Banking segments and is responsible for providing product and processing support for high-Net-Worth individual customers within the wealth products and credit arena. The unit leverages on the skills, knowledge, and expertise of its staff to grow the HNI customer portfolio base and increase its contribution to the overall development and profitability of the bank.

Job Purpose:

This Job focuses on processing the Lombard financing and Real Estate facilities requests from Priority and Private Banking Customers. The jobholder is a central contact and control point for Lombard/Real Estate financing queries received from all stakeholders ( RMs, WM Credit , EIRisk , EICRAD , EITCS, Treasury and WM Operations)

Job Content:

1. Submission of Lombard/Real Estate Financing Proposal -Liaise with the RMs to ensure that complete and appropriate documentation is taken from the customer in order to process the facility proposals

2 Facility/Financing Renewals - Keep track of the Facility/Financing renewal dates and coordinate with the RMs/Disbursement team for timely renewal of the facility

3.Risk governance and control- Ensure that all Lombard/Real Estate financing customers are being monitored properly in the system and there is appropriate mapping between the customer facilities and the collaterals provided.

Education & Skills

  • Education: Bachelors’ Degree or Post Graduate or Professional Certification
  • Experiences (Years & Type): Relevant experience in related/similar job (over 5-10 years) / Experience in UAE in banking industry
  • Knowledge & Skills: Banking products and services primary related to credit and financing / Banking operations and regulatory policies / Excellent oral and written English communication skills / Client relationship management
  • Behavioral Competencies: Analytical thinking / Sales results focused and driven / Business and customer oriented
