Assistant Manager, Culinary Academy

Job Summary:


To provide administrative and management support in the CATRION Culinary Academy.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Assist Director with daily administrative tasks and requirements.
  • Maintain and adhere to Academy accreditation requirements.
  • Place orders on UCAS System and Amer as requested by Director.
  • Liaise with procurement department on purchase requests.
  • Provide support as requested for Academy events, and activities.
  • Assist Director with program logistics and database management.
  • Provide induction support and presentations.
  • Provide visitor tour support.
  • Communicate with program participants and schedule meetings as requested by Director.
  • Communicate and support logistics for guest chefs, lecturers, and visitors to Academy.
  • Assist Director with inventory management, product sourcing, and budgets.
  • Assist Director with training material development and recipe management.
  • Provide translation support verbally and written as requested if applicable.
  • Maintain database of training participants, performance evaluation and achievements.
  • Maintain training summary reports, monthly board reports and program assessments.
  • Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in office management or a related field
  • 3–4 years of overall professional experience, 2–3 years of relevant experience in office management or a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of administrative coordination and office operations.
  • Excellent personal and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook).
  • Excellent organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
