Job Summary:
To provide administrative and management support in the CATRION Culinary Academy.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist Director with daily administrative tasks and requirements.

Maintain and adhere to Academy accreditation requirements.

Place orders on UCAS System and Amer as requested by Director.

Liaise with procurement department on purchase requests.
-
Provide support as requested for Academy events, and activities.
-
Assist Director with program logistics and database management.
-
Provide induction support and presentations.
-
Provide visitor tour support.
-
Communicate with program participants and schedule meetings as requested by Director.

Communicate and support logistics for guest chefs, lecturers, and visitors to Academy.

Assist Director with inventory management, product sourcing, and budgets.

Assist Director with training material development and recipe management.

Provide translation support verbally and written as requested if applicable.

Maintain database of training participants, performance evaluation and achievements.

Maintain training summary reports, monthly board reports and program assessments.

Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in office management or a related field

3–4 years of overall professional experience, 2–3 years of relevant experience in office management or a similar role

Solid knowledge of administrative coordination and office operations.

Excellent personal and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook).
