Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the placement and tracking of customer orders day to day basis within a stipulated time
Keeping retail team informed about their order status, providing updates on progress, and addressing any enquiries.
Entering order details, validating / verifying information, and coordinating with relevant departments for production or fulfilment.

Customized jewellery Order Management:
Handling requests for customized jewellery, should be able to get complete understanding of customization and able to communicate the requirement to production team.
Maintaining accurate records of all customer orders, enquiries, its status and dispatches.
Addressing retail team enquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to appropriate personnel.
Communicating effectively with customers, internal teams and external suppliers.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, track orders accurately, and ensure all details are correct.
Understanding of jewellery manufacturing, production processes, different types of settings, diamond, colour stones etc..
Proficiency in using order management systems, excel etc..
Ability to identify and resolve issues related to customer orders, transactions, dispatches etc..
Ability to work effectively with other team members to achieve common goals.
