Experienced in datacenter operations and application deployment.

Manage and support Job Schedulers Administration and BAU activities.

Manage and support Managed File Transfer Tools Administration and BAU activities.

Manage automation of Datacenter Operations activities.

Understand requirements of file transfer across various applications and implement approach which suites the best, do proper testing and enforce all required controls are in place.
-
Ensure the automation tasks are designed with exception handling and controlled rerun capabilities to avoid risk and associated impacts.

Ensure pre and post validation process are followed on production deployment and support activities.
-
Enforcing High Availability functionality of supporting applications in Primary and secondary site to ensure uninterrupted services.
-
Supporting for business continuity testing across the bank.
-
Tracking of DC operations service tickets.
-
Monitoring application batches as per the SOPs given by various internal teams and escalation and recording of the issues.
-
Escalation & recording of systems, application, and batch problems. Liaising with various teams within the bank for operations.

Monitoring of alerts from various Enterprise Monitoring systems of the Bank.
-
Liaise with infrastructure owners, application owners, Vendors for various support related activities on 24x 7 rotation shift basis.

Deployment of approved changes on various Infra platforms.

Prompt reporting of production issues with impact analysis and taking necessary action for rectification.

Escalation, recording and Tracking of all incidents till closure of incidents.

7-10 years of experience in IT operations or batch job scheduling.

Hands-on experience with enterprise scheduling tools.

Exposure to banking, financial services, or large-scale enterprise environments is a plus.

Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing critical job flows.
-
Batch job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, TWS, Cron).
-
Operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix).
-
Basic scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
-
Application architecture and job dependencies.
-
ITIL processes (especially Incident and Change Management).
-
Database basics (SQL for job-related queries and logs).
