Job Title: Assistant Manager Deliveries

Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager Deliveries to support daily operations, manage records, and handle client communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with follow-ups, cold calling, and maintaining accurate records. Leads will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp

Maintain and update records, balances, and documentation accurately

Manage provided leads and ensure timely follow-ups

Conduct cold calling to prospective clients when required

Keep proper records of communications and follow-up status

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

Prepare basic reports related to leads and records

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience (administration, or client handling preferred)

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups

Basic knowledge of record keeping and data management

Proficient in using email, WhatsApp, and MS Office

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
