Assistant Manager - Destination Activation

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of building a new entertainment and cultural hub in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Assistant Manager - Destination Activation to join our talented team and play a key role in bringing our visionary projects to life.

As the Assistant Manager of Destination Activation, you will be responsible for developing and executing activation strategies that enhance the guest experience and promote engagement with our offerings. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our events, programs, and activations are immersive, memorable, and align with Qiddiya's objectives for delivering world-class entertainment experiences.

Your creativity, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively will be essential in creating experiences that resonate with our audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute destination activation events and programs that drive visitor engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to design and implement innovative activation strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancement and differentiation.
• Develop and manage activation budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Oversee logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination for all activation events.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to maximize attendance and participation in activations.
• Gather feedback and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of activations and make improvements.
• Ensure all activations comply with safety regulations and meet organizational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in event planning, destination management, or related fields.
