Assistant Manager - Destination Marketing

In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at attracting visitors and establishing Qiddiya as a must-visit destination. You will collaborate with various teams to create compelling content and campaigns that showcase the diverse experiences available at Qiddiya.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Qiddiya as a premier destination for local and international audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create captivating marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.
  • Identify and engage with key audience segments, creating targeted campaigns that resonate with their interests.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through metrics and reporting, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Assist in the management of partnerships and collaborations with tourism boards, travel agencies, and other relevant organizations.
  • Coordinate events and promotions that highlight the unique aspects of Qiddiya and drive visitor engagement.
  • Contribute to the overall branding and positioning of Qiddiya, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in destination marketing or tourism promotion.
