Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager - Destination Strategy to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with Qiddiya’s business objectives.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, events, and digital marketing to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Support budgeting, planning, and scheduling of marketing activities and initiatives.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver marketing projects.

Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and communication plans.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, or related roles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive insights.
