Review previous days performance and set Daily management targets.Plan and execute Capital and Revenue budget and cost control.Allocate tasks and resolve teams' concern through daily work management.Plan and execute preventive maintenance plan.Guide the team in breakdown analysis and take sound ICA/PCA and appropriate countermeasures.Maintenance and calibration of Machines and Equipment.Implement TPM in Die Maintenance.Participate in TPM initiatives.Energy conservation.Tools and equipment Management.Standardisation of Spares and Spare parts management.Perform Shop rounds for safety and 3S observations and encourage team to sustain it.Communicate with Body Shop for quality issues and tooling concerns and with Die Shop for activities regarding major repairs and new dies design.Explore and evaluate emerging technologies in die life enhancement through coating and plating
