We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing who will play a key role in developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media marketing, WordPress, HTML, and design tools like Canva, with proven experience in demand generation and go-to-market (GTM) campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, SEO, and paid ads.
Drive lead generation and demand generation through data-driven campaigns and conversion optimization.
Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new service launches, product positioning, and brand visibility.
Create engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and inbound inquiries.
Design and create marketing collaterals, creatives, and posts using Canva or similar design tools.
Manage and update website content using WordPress; make minor HTML edits as required.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business goals, support lead nurturing, and ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff.
Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure consistent messaging and unified go-to-market execution.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize future initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record in social media marketing, lead generation, demand generation, and go-to-market planning.
Proficiency in WordPress website management and basic HTML editing.
Strong design sense with working knowledge of Canva or similar design platforms.
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, CRM tools, and Analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
