Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the Line Manager, including customer identification, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email marketing, databases, social media, and display advertising channels.
Coordinate website content updates (landing pages, guides, notifications, etc.) with the web development team and ensure timely communication with the Line Manager.
Ensure effective distribution of all digital marketing communications internally and externally.
Analyze digital performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
Manage and enhance the company’s presence across all social media and digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop landing pages and improve user experience.
Design and optimize user funnels and conversion points to improve lead generation and engagement.
Propose innovative and creative growth strategies to drive digital reach and engagement.
Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys across multiple digital channels and touchpoints.
Prepare regular performance reports, tracking KPIs and ROI, and provide actionable insights to management.
Support the Line Manager during events and assist senior management with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Ensure all company campaigns and initiatives are consistently and effectively represented across digital and social media platforms.
