About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Mobile Application Marketing Specialist to lead strategies that drive app downloads, user engagement, subscription growth, in-app sales, and lead generation. This role combines performance marketing, ASO, CRM, lead generation, and revenue optimization to maximize the app’s commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive App Downloads & User Acquisition

  • Plan and optimize acquisition campaigns to increase high-quality app downloads.
  • Manage campaigns across Google App Campaigns, Meta, and programmatic networks.
  • Optimize key metrics such as CPI, CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, targeting, and bidding strategies.

2. Revenue & Sales Generation Through the App

  • Develop strategies to increase in-app sales, purchases, and subscription revenue.
  • Collaborate with product and CRM teams to enhance the purchase experience, including paywalls, offers, pricing experiments, and upsell strategies.
  • Monitor conversion funnels and introduce improvements to drive higher purchase and subscription conversions.
  • Implement promotional campaigns, remarketing, and targeted messaging to increase repeat purchases.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify revenue growth opportunities.

3. Subscription Growth & Lifecycle Optimization

  • Increase trial starts, paid subscription conversions, and renewals.
  • Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns (push notifications, in-app messages, email) to reduce churn.
  • Analyze subscription funnel behavior and recommend improvements.

4. App Store Optimization (ASO)

  • Optimize app store listings to improve visibility, ranking, and download-to-install conversion rates.
  • Continuously update metadata (keywords, descriptions, screenshots, videos).
  • Track competitor performance and industry trends.

5. Lead Generation (Google & Meta Ads)

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, and conversion to app installs or sales.
  • Implement audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to increase high-intent leads.
  • Track and analyze lead performance, funnel progression, and cost-efficiency.
  • Align lead generation strategies with overall app growth and sales objectives.

6. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Use tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Amplitude, or similar to track performance.
  • Create reports that highlight app downloads, sales, subscription performance, lead generation results, and ROI.
  • Use data insights to improve marketing and revenue strategies.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, design, content, and revenue teams to support overall app growth.
  • Provide insights that help improve user journey, onboarding, and purchase flows.
  • Stay updated on mobile app marketing trends, user behavior, and platform updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in mobile app marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience in driving in-app revenue for subscription or e-commerce apps is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mobile advertising platforms and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
  • Experience running lead generation campaigns on Google and Meta Ads.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action).
  • Experience with paywall optimization or in-app purchase funnels.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools.
  • Creative experience working with designers on mobile ad creatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
