Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing (SEO) to lead and execute search engine optimization initiatives that enhance organic visibility and support business growth. The role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on SEO expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams while supporting the Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance
• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
• Monitor and report performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams
• Support and guide junior SEO and digital marketing team members

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO
• Proven experience in technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building
• Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
