Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist!
You will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for the website. You will be responsible for campaign setup, QA, deployment, performance monitoring, and optimization, while working closely with content, lifecycle, merchandising, and analytics teams. You will execute campaigns with a strong focus on data, audience targeting, testing, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Build, QA and deploy email campaigns by executing tasks related to audience segmentation, coding, testing, populating dynamic content, and scheduling deployments within the ESP
  • Create HTML based emails. Slice all campaign PSD files to correspond with specific links to prepare for build
  • Correspond builds with custom segments, tagged URL’s and dynamic content. Work closely with the Marketing and Strategic Partnerships teams to set up campaigns and gain approvals
  • Examine all creative assets to ensure that content/message is approved by business owners and creative is optimized for delivery and performance
  • Provide strategic guidance for deployments that drive stronger 1:1 customer experience
  • Troubleshoot ad-hoc issues that may arise due to segmentation, dynamic content, or data. Comply with CAN-SPAM act. Monitor technical issues relating to email delivery
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Relevant years of experience in digital marketing execution or campaign operations
  • Hands-on experience executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
  • Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Experience supporting e-commerce or website-driven marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, and campaign platforms
  • Exposure to campaign optimization and performance analysis
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (content, merchandising, lifecycle, analytics)
  • Understanding of customer journeys and conversion-focused marketing
