Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
o Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
o Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
o Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
o Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
o Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to leverage new opportunities.
E-commerce Channel Management:
o Manage e-commerce channels, including the company website and third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
o Ensure accurate product listings, compelling product descriptions, and high-quality product images across all e-commerce platforms.
o Optimize product listings for search engine visibility, using relevant keywords and SEO techniques.
o Monitor and fulfill online orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory management, pricing, promotions, and customer support for e-commerce channels.
Digital Marketing:
o Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve revenue goals.
o Implement paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital marketing assets.
o Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
o Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies.
Customer Engagement and Support:
o Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
o Provide exceptional customer support, addressing product-related questions, order inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Collect and analyze customer feedback and preferences to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements & Skills:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
o Proven work experience as a Social Media/ E-Commerce Executive or a similar role.
o Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce channels, and digital marketing concepts.
o Experience with social media management tools, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools.
o Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and digital design.
o Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing strategies.
o Excellent communication skills and ability to create engaging content.
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
o Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
