Monitor courier and rider performance, generating performance reports to improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or retail operations.
Proven experience in inventory management and sales performance analysis.
Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
Experience working with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, operations, and product teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, or Business Intelligence are a plus.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
Solid knowledge of Power BI and data visualization best practices.
